Service Description
The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) repeater training is a specialized program designed to reinforce and enhance the understanding and implementation of HACCP principles among individuals who have previously completed the initial HACCP training. During the repeater training, participants review the key concepts of HACCP, including hazard analysis, identification of critical control points, establishment of critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification, and record-keeping. The training aims to refresh the knowledge and skills required to effectively apply the HACCP system in various food-related industries.
